Yes. CG Safety Solutions provides services across KwaZulu-Natal, with travel and site requirements confirmed in the quotation.
Do you guarantee that a client, auditor or inspector will approve a safety file?
No. We prepare documentation around the agreed scope, available information and applicable requirements, but approval and workplace compliance also depend on site conditions, implementation, client requirements and other factors outside a consultant’s control.
Can I get an editable safety file?
Yes. Safety files can be supplied as PDF, a physical indexed file with PDF, or a premium editable Word plus PDF package for the client’s own internal use.
What do you need for a risk assessment?
Usually the site or work area, activities or tasks, equipment and substances involved, workforce information, existing controls and any client or project requirements. We confirm the exact inputs before starting.
Do you offer ongoing monthly safety support?
Yes. Monthly retainers can include scheduled inspections, Planned Job Observation support, corrective-action follow-up, document maintenance and implementation assistance within an agreed scope.
How are evacuation drawings priced?
Evacuation drawings are quoted per floor. Smaller or simpler floors can start around R1,500, while detailed or complex floors may be quoted up to about R4,000 per floor depending on size, complexity, source plans, revisions and printing requirements.
