Suitable for simpler layouts. From R1,500 per floor.
Medium / Detailed Floor
More detailed offices, production areas or mixed-use layouts. Typically R2,200–R3,000 per floor.
Large / Complex Floor
Larger or more complex layouts requiring more detail. Up to about R4,000 per floor depending on scope.
What we need
- Existing floor plan, sketch or usable layout information
- Emergency exits and escape routes
- Assembly point information
- Relevant emergency equipment positions
- Room/area names and orientation information
- Any required print size, mounting or revision requirements
Scope & limitations
These are workplace evacuation communication drawings. They do not automatically replace architectural drawings, fire-engineering designs, municipal approvals or specialist fire-safety plans where those are legally required.
Site measuring, rebuilding missing plans, major revisions, specialist printing or mounting are quoted separately where required.
